Once an order has been placed, we cannot add any items or make any changes. We can however still help.
If the order has not been dispatched, we can easily cancel the order.
You can then revisit our website and order again, adding the extra item(s) as required.
Upon cancellation of your order, we will issue a refund and this will be returned back to your bank account within a few days.
If the order has been dispatched we cannot make any changes to the order.
