How do I use my discount code?

If you have a discount code, follow these instructions to reduce the price of your shopping basket.

1. Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping basket.
2. Click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
3. Under the Review & Payments section, there is a "Discount Code?" drop down.
4. Enter your code in the 'Discount Code' box.
5. Click on the apply discount button next to the discount code box.
6. Check for a green success message indicating the code was applied.
7. Confirm the total has reduced before you proceed to payment.

If you get a red error message, double check the code is typed correctly or see the list below for common issues.

• Minimum spend not reached, if applicable
• Code has expired or is no longer valid
• Code is not valid for some items in your basket

Please note that discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied to the order once it has been made.
