Most of our deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
Some smaller items that can be sent by Royal Mail can be small enough to fit through a letterbox. These may be sent on a service that does not require a signature at our discretion.
If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the parcel is usually taken to your local post office for collection within 7 days.
